Mandalong Animal Sanctuary & Rescue are committed to providing the best possible customer service and products. We strive to make sure that all products listed on our website are correctly priced and all products are checked thoroughly before shipment to ensure quality. It is however possible that during shipment the item(s) could be lost or damaged, in the unlikely event of this happening we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item out. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-10* business days. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind items.

If you are unhappy with an item or it's quality, please contact us and we will work with you to either provide a refund, exchange or replacement item. Thank you.
